Helen in currently in London filming the three-part special with co-star Ryan Thomas, who plays her boyfriend Jason Grimshaw.
The special episodes will show Rosie attempting to launch a modelling career after she lands a job as a model on Lorraine Kelly's morning TV show.
But she ends up in a catfight with a rival which turns her into an internet sensation, she then appears as aa guest on on Loose Women before being interviewed by Johnny Vaughan and Lisa Snowdon on Capital Radio
Yesterday, Helen, who turns 21 next month, unveiled her new do after shocking fans three months ago by chopping off her long brunette locks into a peroxide blonde crop.
The actress spent several hours in a hairdressers yesterday going back to her original colour and left looking delighted as she showed off the new do and a tiny pink dress.
After years with the same style on Corrie, Flanagan jumped at the chance for a change when she began her three-month break from the soap in April.
Her spokesperson told MailOnline: 'Helen has had the same hairstyle and colour for many years, and decided the time was right for a big transformation.
'She is absolutely thrilled with her new hairstyle and how it has made her feel.'
