In the Press....

Over the years we have worked on hundreds of photo shoots, gladly staying behind the scenes!

But that was all set to change when the Liverpool Echo decided this time Robyn and I were to be the ones IN FRONT of the lens!!!!

We were delighted to be featured in the 'Lifestyle' section of the paper, which was published on Wednesday. If you missed it, here's the interview!

"Weddings are wonderful days but they can take their toll – on your waistline, your feet and especially on your make-up.
Chances are that by the time the speeches are finished so is your lip-gloss.
The answer, according to make-up specialists So Coco Rouge, is to hire a ‘Rouge Booth’ – a pop-up salon that will re-touch your guests’ good looks right there and then.
“There’s always a lull between the day and evening event and that’s when you’ll find the female guests crowding into the toilets to repair their make-up,” says co-founder Sian Louise Auld.
“What we offer is a way to make sure your guests feel pampered and at their best all day long. We think it’s a real innovative idea that will catch on.”
So Coco Rouge is based in the Hahnemann Building on Hope Street and is the brainchild of Sian and her business partner Robyn Turnbull who studied as hair and make-up artists together in Manchester.
Now the pair do lots of tv and editorial work – they’ve worked on Mary Queen of Shops as well as the gritty drama Justice – as well as offering special occasion make-up and even lessons."
